We are delighted to share that we have been awarded GOLD by The ESTAS (The Estate Agent of the Year Awards) for Best Online Letting Agent 2020 in their 17th annual ceremony.
Normally we would be sharing this news following a glitzy event which some of our team would have been in attendance of, this year though the award ceremony was presented live online by the one and only TV property personality, Phil Spencer and we got to watch via the You Tube channel. It was an incredible morale booster for the team here and a fantastic way to innovate during these strange times.
What is the ESTAS?
The ESTAS is the UK’s largest independent customer service feedback and awards platform for the residential property sector, coming together to celebrate the property firms that excel in their service to the industry and customers.
Every year agents up and down the country prepare for the awards which are voted for solely by their clients, making it a prestigious and highly desired celebration of all things good within this industry that we should be proud of.
Celebrating the hard work put in every day by agency staff and service providers to make the lives of landlords and tenants easier is a great way to recognise their efforts and what makes this particularly humbling is that it is voted for by the very clients that receive this service.

It was such a pleasure to read through the pages and pages of comments and feedback this to the team that has worked so hard to deliver all of this. It is even more lifting after what has been an immensely difficult time for tenants, landlords and agents alike, whilst we tackle the challenges thrown up as a result of the pandemic.

The website received ratings at 60% said it was amazing and 30% excellent. With our recent update we are hoping to improve on that in future years!
Communication and response time were the two highest ranked features of the service according to our landlords and this is something we are incredibly proud of, after all our mission is to bring landlords and tenants together using technology but supported by real people and communication is a key part of that.
We have some incredible plans to improve the service even more in 2020 by bringing in forward thinking innovative solutions to help landlords and tenants with all their property needs. We aim to do this with technology but we won’t sacrifice our top rated service so you can be sure that however we use supercharge the letting process you will always get excellent service.
