For new tenancy set ups you will have the choice to have us to collect the deposit from the tenants and securely register this with the DPS custodial on your behalf, this is included with all Good Landlord or Managed services and starts at £35 for Standard users. If you prefer to collect this yourself just select No when setting up the contract for deposit collection and where we have any holding funds these will be returned to the tenant.
Once the documents have been fully signed and completed, they will be sent as PDF final copies to all parties. If you have a Good Landlord subscription or Managed service these will be stored on your portal and shared with the tenants on the tenancy record.
