Gumtree has announced the launch of its first official app for Android in the UK, meaning that users who use the site for rental properties and homes for sale will have access to some 200,000-plus property listings on their smartphones.
Gumtree claims 1.3m tenants and house hunters regularly use the Gumtree website.
The app means that they will be able to contact the advertisers – private sellers and landlords, and agents – directly.
