Topics covered will include the Labour party’s agenda for the private rented sector, licensing schemes for landlords, the Green Deal, and tenancy deposit disputes.

Speakers will include shadow housing minister Jack Dromey, ARLA managing director Ian Potter, and lettings law expert David Smith, of Anthony Gold Solicitors.

Tickets are priced at an early bird rate of £60 plus VAT if booked before February 15,  and will be £76 plus VAT afterwards. The price includes lunch and refreshments, plus free entry into the Homebuilding & Renovating Show.
