As the year draws to a close we want to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for choosing MakeUrMove. Keep reading to see our opening hours, rent collection dates, a maintenance update, and a personal message from MakeUrMove MD. 

Christmas Opening Hours

Thursday 22nd December: 9am -5pm 

Friday 23rd December -  Monday 2nd January: Closed 

Tuesday 3rd January: 9am - 5pm 

Rent Collections 

Rent collections will be processed on the following days for rents received in the previous days;

Friday 23rd December

Wednesday 28th December

Thursday 29th December

Friday 30th December

Maintenance 

Emergency maintenance will be handled using the emergency instructions we hold for your property.

For those properties which have opted into the emergency video service, your tenants will be able to raise issues 24/7 which fall under an emergency category and will be directed to contractors to attempt a fix or diagnosis. If a contractor is required on an emergency and this cannot be delayed to when the office reopens for safety reasons, we will instruct to the emergency network as per your authorisations. 

If MakeUrMove has not been authorised to manage your emergency or out-of-hours services, then please provide your tenants with contact information should they have an emergency issue during this time. If you wish to add this service, please contact us on 03338000210.

All routine or non-emergency issues will be handled on our return in January 2023.

A personal message from MakeUrMove MD

2022 has been a strange year for the property rental sector as we see the recovery from Covid restrictions and the introduction of new regulations causing an unstable and unpredictable environment.

Still, there will be many tests ahead for the sector as we look towards 2023 and we will continue to work hard to be your service partner choice and help you navigate the road ahead.

I want to personally thank all our clients, suppliers, partners, and friends for their continued support and wish you all the best during the holidays whatever your plans.
