Dedicated Property Manager

You and your tenants will have a dedicated property manager to handle all issues, tasks and any challenges. A dedicated point of contact makes for a stronger relationship and longer tenancies.

Regular Inspections

Remote video inspections completed with your manager to identify any issues and in person follow ups as required. Your property manager will get to know your property and identify any concerns based on our internal checklists.

Maintenance Management

Our contractor network consists of local trusted suppliers and contractors alongside national providers, out of hours specialist and emergency providers to make sure you have full cover.

Overseas Landlord Tax

Make Ur Move are registered with the non-resident landlord scheme for tax collections with quarterly and annual reporting. We will support you with an application for approval to receive rent without tax deducted or make collections at the current rate.

Maintenance Warranties

We offer maintenance service plans including annual gas safety checks and boiler service with cover for selected issues including boiler and central heating breakdown, plumbing issues, electrics, drains, taps, toilet, roof protection and pest control. Speak to your manager for more information.

24/7 Emergency Support

Our maintenance reporting tool is available 24 hours a day and can be linked to our maintenance support service and emergency phone lines to make sure your tenant has support when they need it.

Rent Protection

Upgrade to a service with rent protection for added peace of mind which will cover unpaid rent up to the point of possession being recovered in the event the tenant stops paying. Legal eviction and expenses cover also available.

Routine Compliance

Get reminders for regular compliance and safety or ask us to automatically renew as needed. Covers EPC, Electrical & Gas Certificate, EICR, and more.

Annual Gas Safety

Automatically managed gas safety checks arranged 6 weeks before the due date, with our gas safe registered engineers. Add a boiler service to extend the life of your boiler and meet any warranty obligations.
